I found Kitchen Krafts listing Create a Shape cake pan for $9.99. After ordering I received an e-mail stating the price was off by $15.00. No apology, just either respond in 48 hours or the order will be cancelled. Any physical store with a wrong price either on the item or shelf would have been sold at that price. Lack of attention to detail, lack of customer service, and not once a simple apology for the inconvienance.
