This clinic was a nightmare from the beginning. I was misquoted the procedure prices; Dr. Singh displayed inappropriate conduct towards me, including threats and being contained in an exam room; no one called me to inform me my cat was unable to come home with me on the scheduled pickup date because he was given an infection during what should have been a routine surgery; my cat was given medicine that after further research, I found this medication should only be given to dogs, specifically not for cats; veterinary assistants administered medication; no veterinary technicians are on staff; doctor and staff was unwilling to provide me copies of my cat's records, when finally given copies of records they are incomplete and also gave multiple lies to try and keep me from leaving with copies of my cat's records.
Go somewhere else!! Do your homework...don't make the same mistake I did. This doctor has a history of misdiagnosing. For your own sanity, and your animals health, take your doctor to another veterinary clinic.
If your animal has visited this clinic, think about taking your animal to another clinic for a checkup.
