Review content:
I called to make an appointment with LensCrafters earlier this week because I needed to get my contact and glasses prescription updated. They were able to fit me in within a few days, and when I showed up I was greeted promptly. They took me within ten minutes of my scheduled appointment time. They were very busy though, so I ended up having to wait a bit between the various components of my exam. I felt that they were very thorough, and really took the time to evaluate the health of my eyes. The only thing that bothered me was that after they put those horrible drops in my eyes to dilate my pupils, they told me to go wander around the store and look at glasses while I waited for them to dilate. It was really uncomfortable wandering around in the bright store during that time, and it took them longer than 10 minutes. I think they did this because they got really busy. All in all, I was there for over two hours. They also got kinda pushy with wanting me to pick out glasses to buy. I wasn't ready to make a decision today, but I believe they asked me at least eight times if I had picked out my glasses yet or wanted to go look again. Overall, I think the exam part was good, but the pushy salesman techniques weren't too impressive.
