Review content:
Jazz Jewelers is by far the BEST place to go to if you want to get the most money for your jewelry!!!I have gone to several other jewelry pawn shops, and they ALL had one or more of the following issues that made me feel like I was being taken advantage of and being ripped off when trying to sell my jewelry:
1) They didn't weigh the gold in front of me.One jewelry pawn shop, in particular, by the name of Sergio Jewelry in Tampa (on Gunn Hwy) did this EVERY time I came in there to inquire an estimate on my gold jewelry.I finally got so fed up with this place that I just asked them if they weigh all & everyone's jewelry items in the back office(where the scale is located),and their response was "yes."THAT IS JUST SO SHADY TO ME!!!
2) The employees are very rude.At Jazz Jewelers, the owner, Travis Owen, is a VERY down-to-earth person & SO honest that you immediately feel comfortable when you're there.
3) They all paid with checks. At JJ, you're only paid with cash!
THANK YOU TRAVIS SO MUCH!
