After reading all of these positive reviews, I decided to go to this spa. Although I had an appointment I waited 20 minutes past my time. This would have been fine if they had snacks/things to drink, however there was an empty container of tea, some stale fig newtons and cheap mints. I had a facial and it was nothing special. The lady (I'll exclude her name) tried to figure out why there was a bump on my face for about 10 minutes before she realized it was a mole (skin 101?). There was some product that got in my hair from the facial so I decided to take a shower. All of the products were watered down! I really just couldn't believe it. Shampoos, lotions, everything was watered down. When I went to pay, I could tell the boss was putting a lot of pressure on my esthetician to sell the product to me that was used during my facial. She was breathing down the poor woman's neck while she frantically tried to sell me product. I have had facials before that have been EXCELLENT, this however was not one of them. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
