Review content:
We purchased a brand new samsung fridge, dishwasher, and microwave in May of 2011. The diswasher we used once, and the refridgerator would spill ice all over the floor when you tried to get some. We have servicemen out 4 times to work on the appliances and COULD NOT fix them! We finally got Samsung to refund the money directly, and had the manager that sold us the items tell us that the 10 year warranty would be transfered to what ever new appliances we bought. We finally got all our money back, and went in to purchase the new appliances, NOT SAMSUNG!!, and the new manager would NOT honor the transfers. These guys act like they are doing you a favor by selling you appliances, instead of treating you with respect for spending $3,000 dollars! We did end up buying from them again, but I would strongly reccomend shopping around and to find a place with good service, and professionals that will honor what they say, especially in todays economy!
