We contacted System Pavers because the previous homeowners used them to pave the small driveway, front porch and side run. We needed to get our patio redone and decided to continue the pattern, uninterrupted, throughout the entire patio and around to the small path in the side yard of our house.
The initial salesperson who came to give us the estimate was a little overzealous and gave us some misinformation about the pricing (3 thousand dollars in financing costs were not added to the original estimate), transferring the warranty for the previous owner's work (he said we could; we couldn't) and there was a change in the way they ordered the pavers for the pattern we wanted which he did not communicate (this resulted in the back patio and side path not matching the previous work.)
When I saw my new work did not match the old work, I alerted the site contact, who alerted the job foreman just before the pavers were permanently set. They had to pluck out a bunch of bricks, order new ones and extend the job an extra day.
I relay all of this to say, despite the setbacks, inconveniences and miscommunications, I would still recommend this company. The costumer service was impeccable (thanks, Job Supervisor Harel) and the work crew really busted their butts to give us a beautiful new patio that we were happy with in just 4 days.
We live in a neighborhood on a hill and our old concrete patio was cracked and sloped downward. The crew tore out the concrete, leveled the ground and laid the pavers evenly and beautifully. It rained, and the water drained properly with no pooling and we now have a continuous and beautiful paver system that goes around the entire house and will definitely add to value to our home.
Thanks to the great work of System Pavers, I now have a fabulous outdoor room and beautiful garden path. If you're considering using this company, do it. They'll work with you to make sure you're getting what you want and, if any of those inevitable mistakes happen, they'll redo the job until you are satisfied.
