I have visited Urban Retreat North Hollywood several times, but I decided to bring some girlfriends for a spa-day and discovered recently that the spa (recently in the past 6 months) was under new Management.
I was shocked at how, the staff was so much warmer and professional, the environment used to be so-so , but WOW now it is VERY CLEAN, and one of my girlfriends had a facial, she was impressed with the attention to detail and cleanliness which she says was even better than her regular aesthetician at Burke, where she normally goes....but not anymore! All of us found Urban Retreat to be, simply a comfortable place to be in. This is the most important thing to me.
The massage therapist I had, Lynn definitely has healing hands...
I highly recommend this place. Our whole spa-day experience for me and my friends was outstanding. We also fell in love with this spa! And the prices are unreal for the high quality of service.
