Review content:
Called Gillece to get help with a water problem. Found that my water pressure regulator was broken and expansion tank needed to be replaced. While writing up proposal starting selling me on a $13,000 water system that he said I had to have. I told him I couldn't afford it and then came the special offer to take the price down and get special financing. That seemed to be the main thing he wanted to concentrate on. Instead of fixing the problem that was preventing me from taking a hot shower. Finally got to the price for repairs. Quoted $1300 for repairs. I told him I wasn't paying that ridiculous cost, so the price went to $637. I still said no and so the technician called the service manager for him to discuss with me. It felt like a car dealership. Before he could talk I told him I wasn't paying the ridiculous cost and then I told the technician to get out. Even after that he was still trying to sell me the water system. He then was completely ignoring me and did a chlorine check. He told me that I should not be drinking the water that I have been drinking for the past 18 years supplied by the water company to everyone else in the township. In the end, I repaired everything on my own for a cost of $110 and 1 hour of work. What they are doing seems illegal and they are taking advantage of people that cannot do the work themselves. STAY AWAY
