My family has been doing business with this family jeweler for over 40 years. It's the only place I will take my jewelry for cleaning or appraisal. Their jewelry is the finest quality I have seen. Norris Smith is the owner & if you have any problems or concerns - ask for him & I'm sure he will get it resolved. I am actually puzzled why anyone would write such a negative review as the one I saw above - unless they are a competitor.
They have moved from the address listed. They are now a block away on Court St.
Again - good honest people that know the business!
