We have an old tub which I really loved. I called a few other people, they were not interested in meeting at a time that was good for us. We called miracle method in Missoula,Mt. We reached Dennis Druffel who was wonderful. He came at our convience, gave an estiment, and did what the competers said that they would not do!! We love the results, my tub looks great, the plumbing was done in the color I wanted. Dennis explained the total process, told us the time frame, and finished on time!!! I did a really stupid thing, I twisted a bolt too tight, Dennis came right a way and fixed my mistake. I was totally responsponsible and Dennis was wonderful, he did not give me a hard time, my husband great pleasure in teasing me about what I had done. I would highly recemond miracle method!! I got to keep the tub I loved and it looks fantastic. I could not have purchased a new tub with the quality of the one I have for what it cost to refinish mine. I got to keep the tub I loved.
