This is an outstanding company and they are fast!
I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent job your engineer Mac did installing my new water heater. He arrived at my home right on time. He was very professional with his introduction while qualifying my water heater problem at the same time. I then guided him to the open space under my house where my water heater is located where he also asked me a few more qualifying questions. I left him alone so he could do his survey and put together his quote.
About 25 minutes or so when he was done we went down to the site where he presented a very professional detailed quote with about 25 line items on it. Mac patiently went over each line item giving me a detailed explanation of what the item was, its purpose, and the current building codes that applied to each item when it was applicable. Because I am on a very limited fixed income at the moment there were some items I thought I could do myself to save money. Mac was kind enough to give me some helpful suggestions to make the jobs easer.
When the Fast Water Heater Company engineer comes to your home they come with their truck loaded with different size heaters and all the tools necessary to do job properly avoiding shortcuts. They are very well organized, extremely efficient and are experts in the business. When the job is completed they clean and pickup any pieces of debris from the job (plus some that was there before). They also remove your old water heater and take care of disposing of it.
There is a hidden caveat with them. I called six different companies and the five other companies wanted to charge two to four times more for the same job. It is easy to see why their quotes are so competitive. They come totally prepared, are well organized, and managed their process well minimizing the chance of wasting any time or materials.
