Review content:
Castle Dental should be avoided at all costs. Essentially, each of these offices are McDentists. Their 'dentists' are obviously not updated and therefore not as well trained as they should be. "I" knew more about current dental technologies than this McDentist did! I went in because I had a single loose tooth. NONE of my other teeth were loose at all, just the one. The 'dentist' looked at the x-rays and in the coldest attitude he could apparently muster told me that my gums were bad and that ALL MY TEETH NEEDED TO BE REMOVED! He said there was nothing that could be done and that they would all fall out, just like the one that was already loose. I explained that I knew I needed treatment for my gums, however only the one tooth was loose--not all of them--just the one. This didn't matter as he plainly once again said that all my teeth would have to be removed. So I tell this "dentist" that I understand what he is saying, however only one tooth is loose AT THE MOMENT, so let's just take care of that for now. He once again tried to tell me how all my teeth needed to be pulled. I ONCE AGAIN explained that I was only concerned with the one tooth. Needless to say I got the DISTINCT impression this McDentist wasn't listening to a anything I was saying. After staring at me like a confused dog, he finally agreed to extract the ONE tooth. I have NEVER experienced such horrible bedside manner until this so-called "dentist". He basically reacted like a child who was refused a toy and grudgingly extracted the tooth. After that fisaco I decided I needed a second opinion. I made an appointment with a private practice dentist. Oh my God, what a difference it was to to visit a REAL dentist! After taking my x-rays and examining my mouth, the dentist explained that I DID NOT NEED ANY TEETH REMOVED! He even said he probably could have saved the tooth! This only confirmed that the McDentists at Castle Dental don't know what they're doing. AVOID Castle Dental at all cost.
Pros: It's in the mall?
Cons: The dentists are NOT up to date and obviously more concerned with how much money they can make from you.
