I am honestly surprised to see so many negative reviews for Logan Airport Budget location. I used this location several times and have had pretty great service, some of the best prices available and a speedy pick up and drop off.
After missing the bus to Connecticut (though no fault of my own, mind you) I had to figure out a new mode of transportation. The train was out of the question because the last one left hours before. Renting a car was my only option. After calling Budget and giving me name, I hopped on the Silver Line over to the Airport. The Budget Courtesy Bus came to pick my up in less than 10 minutes, had me to the rental facility in about 5 more and I was on my way to Connecticut in less than a half hour. Not bad considering I made call to budget about half hour before that.
The service at this location is either very friendly or kind of cut and dry. Once, I pulled the car up, someone came right over and checked the car and I was on my way. Another time, I waited in the car and when no one came to check the car, I went inside then back outside, then back in. Still, the process only took about 5 minutes.
Maybe my experience is unique in it's four-star status, but I'll continue to rent from budget because of it!
