Businiess name:  Walgreens

While I think the pharmacists are top notch, (knowledgeable, professional, and personal) I have had been disappointed in the customer service aspect of the store. The front line employees are rude to customers, especially at the pharmacy but also on the main retail floor. They are rarely helpful when asked specific questions such as where an item is located. Walgreens needs to provide their retail and service basic customer service skills and orient them with the products sold through out the store and where they are located. Clients that enter the store are either totally ignored or spied on as if each guest is a known shoplifter. I have calculated how much my family spends on prescriptions, ( before insurance) and the annual total is over $30,000 (yes thirty thousand dollars) a year. It seems as though there is a prevailing prejudice towards elderly males and we are taking our business elsewhere. I suggest that you go anywhere but Walgreens.
