first of all i want to say that my children ages 10 and 7 have ky medicaid cards and we tried this lady because we heard she was good at her job ..well when i called to make the appointment we got one 2 months away at the office her staff werent to friendly and we felt looked down upon like we werent as important as her regualr paying customers...my kids had no cavities so we left and about 6months later my 10 yr old son needed a emergency appoint ment for a toothache.. i called this lady and begged and begged for her to see my son who was crying over the pain og his teeth and she couldnt fit him in ..i think this sucks and we changed dentists i wont reccomend her because she isnt there when u really need her and she doesnt treat all her patients the same
