I wanted to send a gift to my Grandmother. I called Anthony's with a request, as the same request had been taken care of last year. I wanted to ask for a specialty boquet, rather than choose one from their website.
The woman on the phone was just RUDE!!!! Her voice and attitude was atrocious!!! I cannot believe they actually are a successful business. When I tried to explain that I ordered a specialty boquet last year, she just kept insisting that I was wrong and that it was a different florist, even though I had their card in my hand. She also just kept speaking over me as if I were a child. She was HORRIBLE!!!
I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM ANTHONY'S AGAIN, AND NEITHER WILL MY FAMILY MEMBERS. ANTHONY'S WAS TERRIBLE
