Review content:
but I have to say I'm not a big fan of this grocery store. I know that it is a chain based in Arizona, so I should support the local business, and I've tried, but I just can't do it. I really don't think that their prices are very good, even their advertised specials, and using the Bashas' card. Even though they have a Natural Foods section, I don't like their selection. They don't sell any organic produce. I've purchased some bread products there on a few occasions and gotten home and discovered they were moldy. The store in Tempe has a bad layout (it's poorly organized), even though they just opened at this location a few years ago (2? or was it 3 years ago?), the store itself shows its age. The one redeeming factor is the free childcare--it is really, REALLY great! It tends to be a bit of a challenge to actually get your child signed up, and you always have to have them visit the bathroom at the back of the store before they visit, but the workers there do a great job, they have great crafts and fun toys. Sometimes I just go to Bashas' to give my daughter a break!
