Businiess name:  Golden Deli Vietnamese
Review by:  Aileen C.
Review content:
If you're looking for cheap, delicious Vietnamese food, Golden Deli is perfect. In fact, Jackie Chan specifically visit the restaurant when filming in LA for Rush Hour. The place is family owned, and both the prices and food quality and quantity are extremely consistent. During cold seasons, pho with a deliciously aromatic beef broth is always a good choice, as is clear noodle (made of mung bean) in seafood broth. Rice and dry vermicelli are popular as well, usually topped with any combination of baked egg, grilled lemon beef, pork, shrimp paste, barbeque meatball, and many others. The most popular appetizer is the fried spring roll that is so full of meaty, peppery flavor; served hot, it is best complimented with cold, crispy lettuce wrap and dipped in sweet and sour sauce. Your only concern should be the long lines that form during peak hours (even for lunch on weekdays).
