My car buying experience has never been worse than this. The sales rep and service dept seem very nice but the finance dept at this dealership DOES NOT HAVE CUSTOMER'S BEST INTERESE IN MIND. Phone calls are never returned. It took me calling the dealership after 40 days to find out where my car registration was and even then after that the registration was drawn up incorrectly even after asking the person drawing up our car contract numerous questions. Interest rates offered are way too high, I ended up going with a local bank and getting over 3% less as a finance rate. BUYER BEWARE OF THE "NO COOLING OFF" period on contract where once you sign you DO NOT HAVE 24 hrs to decide not to purchase. In my case, it has only been 30 days and my new 2008 GMC's tint windows are bubbling and car is now having brake problems. I don't recommend this place to anyone-- there are plenty of other places with better customer service.
Cons: HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
