The Eva Hotel Miami Beach is a boutique property built in the 1960’s, making it a true icon of MiMo architecture! It is located in the heart of the famed Art Deco district and it is ideally situated between Espanola Way and 16th Street on Collins Avenue. Just a half-block away is Miami Beach’s fabulous white sand beach! And the hotel is only steps away from so many of South Beach’s major tourist attractions.
