Review content:
If you enjoy being treated as a second class citizen whose time is unimportant, then Hoshall's is for you. After waiting 20 minutes to be seen, I had a wash, cut, and blowdry. I expected my hair to look at least "different". My hair looked the same. I then was asked to pay $100!!! What?!? I had called the salon prior to get a quote, and was quoted $65. When I asked why the price was so high, the receptionist said, "She's a Master Stylist...besides, we can't give quotes over the phone". "Then why DID you give me a quote over the phone?". "We can't tell what your hair looks like over the phone, honey." After finding out that a squirt of gel costs $6 to apply when I could own the bottle for $10, I had had ENOUGH. I will NEVER go there ever again. Two words: STAY AWAY!!!!! Cons: Rude, Disrespectful, Unfriendly
