Review content:
David Card and Steve Montague are two doctors I've visited at WPC. They are absolutely top-notch doctors and top-notch people. The receptionists and bulk of office staff are so rude and borderline obnoxious that it has nearly made me leave for a primary care clinic. Upon calling for information, you'll be greeted with poor response in which the receptionists will feel as if they are providing you a favor. In addition, the office staff is so careless that your prescription has a 50/50 chance of being called into the 'other' Bartell's or Rite Aid in your city. If you call to inquire, they will probably be disgruntled and defensive as they always seem to be. They also seem focused on which terrible customer-facing employee is going to have to work the following Saturday. Too bad the staff doesn't match the doctors. Pros: David Card, Steve Montague, Some nurses Cons: Receptionists, Office Help
