When I was first shopping for my wedding dress, I came here and liked the people so much that I was determined to give them some sort of business, even though I didn't buy my dress there.
So I brought them my wedding dress as well as a dress for my honeymoon for alterations. At my second fitting, the dress was too long, and they tried to refuse to shorten it, saying that was how it was supposed to be. I finally got them to agree to shorten it a little more, and it was still too long, but by then there was no time to fix it. Also, after the first round of alterations, I put my dress on for the 2nd fitting and there was a large pull across the front of the dress. They insisted it would come out when they steamed it. It didn't.
They also ruined my honeymoon dress. They singed the inside seam where they had taken it in (and the dress had a see through layer on top, so you could see the black marks.
I am warning all brides to stay away from this shop. They are nice people, but that's all they have going for them!
