My wife and I have been using Oriental Import Auto Service for over a decade. We do not take our vehicles anywhere else. The proof is in the pudding. I had a Honda Accord that the owner of the shop kept running till it got in an autoaccident at about 214,000 miles. We also had an older model Mitsubishi Mirage that went to an unheard of 160,000 miles. The shop utilizes manufacturer parts, replaces components that truly need replacement and works preventively with your vehicle. This means that problems are identified before you find yourself broken down or in an accident.
The attention to detail, finding the true cause of a problem versus replacing parts haphazardly, is one of the unique facets of this service. Both Michael and Nancy, the owners are incredibly personable and work directly with the customer to help understand the work that is being done. Additionally, they've taught me a great deal about work that was charged by dealers, yet not a solid job. On many occasions I was shown the bills from dealers and the lack of complete replacement of parts.
If you want your Oriental Automobile to be repaired to the highest quality and reliability or need a routine service, I would definetly start taking your vehicle to Oriental Auto. I am looking forward to passing 200,000 miles on our next two vehicles.
