Flower World in El Monte has been very helpful for any flower needs that arrise in my life. They have all kinds of different arrangements that suit your different needs, such as birthdays, dates, or just a little special something for that 'someone' in your life.
The prices are decent and aren't too expensive for what you get. The staff is helpful and caring of your needs.
