College Hunks Hauling Junk was hired by Elite Movers to load my furniture for our move from one state to another.
I can not recommend this company to anyone that is wanting their valuable possessions loaded for moving. Four guys were hired, including Nolan, the owner. Two of the guys showed up an hour late. The next hour they argued among themselves. They did not wrap my furniture and several pieces were damaged.
They would not take responsibility for the damages and denied all wrong loading methods.
Yes, I signed the release, thinking that after them being late, and the arguing; that they began to work hard to load my truck. I never dreamed they were not protecting and securing my valuables in a professional proper method. Several pieces were damaged. There is no reason for any company claiming they are professional moves, to allow this to happen.
They scoffed at the thought that I would complain. My recourse is to try to warn others that this company is not one that I would trust for any type of move that involves good items that you wanted protected.
