This company makes custom athletic apparel. I own an embroidery/screenprinting company and used this company to make custom sports uniforms for one of my customers. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a supplier. This order was for less than a dozen uniforms and should have only taken about 2 weeks to complete but took 4 MONTHS!! Their service was unbelievably horrible and they never returned a phone call or email and could only get a hold of someone that could (but didn't) help if I just kept calling to stay on top of them. They pushed the ship date back 3 times but I only found out about those dates when I called to follow up. This was also one of their stock designs and it still took them that long to produce. It took another 2 months to receive an invoice from them which included charges for services that they didn't do. When I called to address this they were very rude and didn't want to help even though they cost me a customer due to the extremely late delivery. On top of all of that they wanted payment immediately upon receipt of invoice. They have no problem making you wait 6 months to receive your product and invoice but want payment that day. If you need something that they produce and can't find it anywhere else, do yourself a favor and get something from somewhere else or just don't do it at all. It will save you a lot of headaches, time and money! They don't even deserve the one star I gave them but I had to put something to show I strongly recommend NOT to do business with this company. I have used several other suppliers in the past and never had a problem even close to this with anyone else.
