these people are nice and of course they are trying to sell you something so if you don't want it you need to tell them. i was very happy with the product i bought from them as well as the installation of it but their business seems a little sketchy.
here's an experience of mine:
they installed my cousins new system and knew she didn't have an alarm and because of the order ticket they had her address.
they also installed mine knowing i did have an alarm, that would go off when it THUNDERED. along with my address as well-we lived inthe same apartment complex.
the next week, someone broke into her car in out apartment parking lot and completely and neatly UNINSTALLED her stuff-with my truck 2 cars down and nothing touched.
the NEXT DAY i have a friend go over to them and they were trying to sell him MY COUSINS STUFF!!! the only reason why they didn't get arrested was because everyhting was "ircumstantial.
BUYER BEWARE!!!
