Review content:
We discovered Broadway pizza one month ago. A friend told me it was terrible and that the people there were terrible. I didn't believe him but I was mistaken. I ordered a pizza once, took an hour and 45 minutes after they said it would be 40 minutes. I called several times asking where it was and the manager treated me badly and tried to imply that I was lying that they told me it would take 40 minutes. I thought maybe it was a fluke. I ordered it again on Saturday and again they said "40 minutes' and it took 2 hours!!! I kept calling and they kept saying, "It will be there any minute." They lied again. The management there is full of liars. Then they said they wouldn't comp the pizza. Finally it came, and it was cold and stale. I called back refusing to pay for the pizza and the manager, who was very rude, finally agreed to void the transaction. The next day, I realized that they charged me anyway! I called back and told the manager what happened and he tried to make me feel like I lied again by saying, "We would never do it that way, we would never void the transaction we would send you a new pizza" I couldn't believe this guy was actually accusing me of lying when he was clearly lying. He said that he would look into it the next day and he did nothing. I had to file a claim with my bank to get my transaction back. This place is full of liars and unethical people. Their pizza and service is absolutely terrible. Don't eat here, you will regret it.

Cons: Service, food, quality of food, friendliness of staff, the worst thing is the lack of competence of the managers
