Review content:
After having to wait almost forty minutes from the appointment time for my procedure to start, I was even more displeased when the dentist started to drill less than 30 seconds after administering the Novocain shots. Nothing was remotely numb yet and the drilling was met with a great deal of pain. I asked them to stop - stating that it was quite painful to which I was given two more Novocain shots but then the dentist went right back to drilling. Again I had to ask them to stop as I was not numb and I could feel everything! It was then decided to wait minute...or in reality a half minute. Everything was finished before the Novocain fully took effect making the procedure extremely uncomfortable and the entire visit from beginning to end very disappointing.
