This is a really a good place to go exercise, plus they have a pool and a large basketball court for people to play basketball. The gym is new and in excellent condition. The equipment consists of tread mills, bicycle, both the kind with a back on the big as well as the other kind. They have many kinds of weight for people who want to lift weight for fitness. They also have steppers and eliptical walkers. They are open seven days a week. They also are part of the YMCA at Suntree
