Fuji has been the up and coming name around town for sushi...knowing that, I gave the place a try.Upon arrival, I was not only ignored by a passing server but was later sat at a dirty table.The servers were not hospitable and knew nothing about their jobs. I ordered a variety of items from the menu(rolls,aps,sushi,sash).Lets just say..FRESH is not a word they use.The fish was old...and the rolls were covered with all types of sauces!!If you want traditional....don't go to Fuji Sushi.
