When my computer had a virus I had no idea how to fix it myself. I had heard some positive feedback about Compute, so I took my computer in. Withing a few hours they called me and told me the problem, they were going to have to erase my entire computer and redo it. I gave them the go-ahead and the next day my computer was ready. I was sad to have lost all the data on my computer, but the fix was very inexpensive and I really appreciated the feedback Compute gave me. They let me know what they were going to do before they did it. Their staff was very professional.
