I have been dieting for most of my adult life. I have always had limited success for a while and then I find I am not able or willing to continue. Medi Weight Loss clinic seems to be different, at least so far. The staff is very friendly and professional. I am starting my fourth week and I have lost about 11 pounds. So far, I have found the diet easy to follow and very straightforward. The cost of the program is considerable but I think in my case it has to be a matter of priorities. I am making my health the priority.
