Review content:
So, I bring my Jeep in because it's acting up. Acts completely dead. I put in a new battery, but that wasn't the problem. I have the Jeep towed to Stan's, and they tell me they'll "diagnose" the problem for $120, then charge me whatever it costs to fix the problem. Fair enough. They tell me I need a new fuel pump. They put in a new fuel pump, hand me the keys, and the next day, same problem. The car is dead again.
I bring the car back the next day, and they determine that the Jeep actually needs a new part for the computerized doo-hickey. They put that in, then charge me all over again. Then they fought me on the original diagnosis charge and wouldn't refund it., even though they admitted they were wrong. Rip off! I ended up paying about $1400 for the repairs, and had they diagnosed it correctly in the first place, I would have been out about a total of $900. Unscrupulous! I'll never go back again!!
