This company is a scam!! I was told in 2007 when I signed up that it was a yr contract. Called in to cancel to only find out that my contract is for 3yrs and it automatic renews itself. Its Nov 2011 and I have been trying to cancel my service for the last 2-3yrs and they keep forcing me into another contract and this time the CROOKS just automatic renewed my contract after I called in Sept 2011 and spoke to Rosie to confirm I was all set to Cancel, she informed me yes and "there's nothing else I needed to do on my end". Only to get a phone call from their RUDE customer serivce dept today on behalf of the manager Justin in the billing dept that my Contract has automatic renewed itself and its nothing I can do about it but pay the darn BILL another 12months! They were rude and very inconsiderate of anyting I had to say. Wouldn't even allow me to Cancel and pay a penalty bc they make more money of customers by automatic renewing u!!
