Review content:
The decor in this spa looks very luxurious, despite being smaller than many other full-service spas. Parking is by valet, which makes it seem even fancier (although you can park down the block at the mall for free). The vibe inside, however, wasn't very "zen." I felt the service was mediocre. The actual spa treatment was good (I got the South Pacific Creme Body Polish with Coconut Milk Bath Infused with Passionflower). The polish left my skin very smooth, but it was kind of awkward washing it off in this tiny tiny shower within the treatment room. The lotion at the end was applied by massage, which was heavenly. Before any of that started, the appointment process took a long time because the girl on the phone thought there were times available when there weren't so we had a lot of back-and-forth. When I got to the spa, nobody offered to show me around - you even have to get your own robes and slippers from the piles. The guy who did my treatment talked a lot during it, which make it much less relaxing. I also lost an earring while I was there; I called about it the next day, but the person did not seem very concerned. I even told her the specific treatment room I had been in, so they could check, but I never heard back.
