Review content:
I was with this program for several years, both on the outside as a parent of an athlete and on the inside (on staff), and this program is as professional as you can find in Colorado. The coaches do care about their athletes, and they are very competitive in their team program. Classes are designed to teach first and be fun after, but I believe that is deliberate. Although not without a problem or two, I woulldn't hesitate to endorse this program.
To reduce any problems, make sure you do your part: Talk to your coach about any concerns; Read and understand the rules and expectations; Make sure you have an email and phone number on file so your coach can reach you.
