I worked with Susana Rosende of Write Way Designs for many years on various projects. It was always a pleasure to work with her. Being a techie, I tend to speak more in technical language, but amazingly, Susana always understood the technical complexities and the functionalities of the software components, and then documented them in an effective manner. Susana has written some of the best documentation I have seen in my professional career, and I highly recommend her and Write Way Designs.
