Businiess name:  Firestone Tire & Service Centers
Review by:  Scott G.
Review content:
There are two key issues when a non-auto expert goes to a service center: 1) Are they doing the necessary (and only the necessary) work, and 2) are they doing it well. The Norwalk branch of Firestone is well run and staffed by courteous, knowledgeable personnel. They take the time to explain each recommended repair, including taking you for test rides and showing you the worn out parts. They provide options -- quick fixes versus major overhauls -- and allow you to make an informed decision. Overall, great service.
