Fame Cleaners is the worst most dispicable Drycleaners I have ever dealt with!! They RUINED two of my wife's very expensive dresses and then refused to do anything about it. They said all black and white dresses are ruined when drycleaned and that the wool dresses all shrink 2 or more sizes when drycleaned for the first time. I explained that these were not new dresses and had been drycleaned before at Comet Cleaners in San Antonio, they even have the barcode permanent tags on them which I showed the owners. They just kept saying I am the only one who has ever complained and why wasn't everyone else complaining. In the end Fame's owner yelled at me and told me to sue him! These people are scum! STAY AWAY!!
