Review content:
I had the misfortune to have my Brother printer/fax break while still under warranty. With a small home business to attend to, not having the use of a printer can have a severe negative impact on my work. WinWorld was the closest, authorized repair center for my printer.
Located in the rear of a small home on Edgemont Ave., this place looks like a real hole in the wall. You have to actually go around the block to park your car behind the house. The stairs are steep and a little difficult to navigate when you're carrying a bulky piece of equipment.
But, the service is awesome! The technician greet me warmly - a rarity when you're not paying for the service you're about to receive. She knew exactly what repair was required and took my cell phone number so that I could do some shopping while she attended to the printer. Within 40 minutes, I received the call to come pick it up! The print head had been replaced and all alignment checks had been performed.
The total cost to me? $8 and change for the replacement of an empty ink cartridge. I think I'll be purchasing all my ink from WinWorld in the future.
