Review content:
I have had the misfortune to often have to choose between a higher level of medical ability in a hospital, or a friendlier and more caring atmosphere. Saint Francis does well at providing both. My daughter had multiple outpatient surgeries here, and my grandmother spent over a month in this hospital, in both the ICU and rehabilitation areas. We have also visited the emergency room, and the urgent care center provided for non-emergency visits. All of these areas that I have been in contact with have had friendly and knowledgeable doctors, nurses and other staff. Also, having the urgent care center, I have never had to wait for very long when needing care in the emergency room. Many hospitals could improve service by following their model. Highly recommended. I just wish they had had their maternity services when my daughter was born!
