I looked at the star rating and assumed "wow 4.5 stars must be good!" boy was I wrong! They forced me to give them a $750 deposit for a "just in case" cleaning fee At the last minute. Then used $175 of that "cleaning fee" when the drivers sad sense of direction got us lost and forced us to go over time 15 minutes!!! and to top it off they treated me like trash when I questioned them about it. I have since read the 5 star reviews and all look like fakes. Written by what looks like some sort of service to help bogus company's dupe people like me. well...ya got me but not again. I opened a case with the Better Business Bureau and upon visiting The BBB's site I seen that I am not alone! 10 others just like me this year. I see the last review is written by "Tom Martin" (baja limos general manager) and of coarse its another fake 5 star shill review. Well Tom I am not a "competitor". I am Mark the guy you screwed, the guy that will be taking you to small claims court for "willfull departure of accepted trade standards" and the guy that's going to get my $175 back. Looking at the one star reviews (even objectively) they look a whole lot closer to reality then any of your 50+ 2 sentence 5 star reviews.
