Review content:
This place wants to act like a high class salon. Granted it looks like one and feels like one with it's atmosphere, but I was very disappointed. I went here for a cut and color and DID NOT get my $$'s worth. They charge top NYC salon prices without the merit. The colorist lacked vision and knowledge. He acted flustered when I asked him for suggestions. The lady who cut my hair was clearly not up to date with the latest techniques. Sorry, but you are not a TOP NYC Salon. I had to get my hair REDONE! somewhere else because they did a crappy job after I paid a couple hundred. THIS PLACE STINKS! Go to Salon Shashin instead..they treat you good! Pros: It looks nice Cons: overpriced, staff lacks knowledge, they act like a NYC salon and lack the merit
