I hired Miracle Method Chicago to refinish my bathtub and tile walls and floor about a year ago. They still have not finished correctly the mistakes they made, and are very unresponsive. When I call, they claim that they can no find my file, and can not put me on the schedule to finish the work. The problems include several scratches and chips on the tub, uneven and porous finish on the tile walls, and uneven and chipping finish on the tile floors. There are also several workmanship problems that I assume can not be fixed. They installed some tile on our walls, and the edges of the tile do not match up. They would have to rip out all the tile and redo it in order for this to be fixed. The towel bars and toilet paper holder that were drilled into the tile are not level. The floor finish under our radiator began to rust after just a few months (this did not/would not happen on regular tile). I have been calling and asking them to correct these problems for nearly a year, and my issues still have not been resolved. They are totally unresponsive, and highly irresponsible. I am considering taking them to small claims court to try to get my money back. Worst contractor experience I have ever had.
Management Response: Miracle Method of Chicago evaluated the bathroom yesterday, offered several options for resolution, customer is thinking about it.
