Review content:
The dental technician put me at ease,asking me what I wanted to have done. That was a novel experience. Then she explained the procedure. I have a small mouth and she was as gentle as could be taking the x-rays. She never seemed to get frustrated or out of patience when I had a hard time following instructions. Dr. Forsee came in later and told me what he thought was causing my problem and presented some possible solutions. He said they would not do anything further until they authorization from my insurance company and my approval. How refreshing!
