Review content:
The good: they always tell me the prices of work to be performed. My hygienist, Misty, is wonderful. She's the reason why I keep coming back. The bad: on Halloween, it was cold enough in the treatment areas to keep ice cream. Every time I go there, the hygienist's water is so cold it hurts. It doesn't help that I have sensitive teeth. The ugly: the dentist, Dr. Owen, has a rough hand and doesn't always seek permission. Last week, he popped out an old filling, so I had to schedule an replacement. Five years ago, I asked if a crown was necessary. He said, 'We'll see when we get in there.' Five minutes later, he was chiseling a tooth, and we hadn't talked about it.
