Review content:
I did not have a good experience with Express Remodeling. To start with Bill did not finish the job. Unfortunately my wife paid him in full with the understanding he would come back and finish after some other contractors had completed their portion. We had 2 meetings set up to complete the project and neither he nor his associate bothered to show up or at least provide a courtesy call. This is a big deal because I had not yet moved into the house and was traveling an hour for each meeting. In addition to the blatant incompletion of the contract there was a dozen punch list items that needed to be corrected. I aksed him for a rebate on the unfinshed work and he sent a cute response with a smiley face, not impressed. I would stay clear of Bill and his band.
